Earlier this year, Tara presented to a group of my senior leaders at a strategy day, focusing their attention on the power of ensuring appropriate above the line thinking and conversations with their own teams. During the session, Tara encouraged my leaders to share insights into their own limiting beliefs / below the line thinking and, through that, we set up an agreed action plan of ensuring my leaders can talk out their negative thinking, providing them with the ability to then face into their teams with appropriate above the line thinking, sharing and uplifting.
Well prepared and appropriately professional, Tara delivered to my brief – her session can now be referred back to when I meet with my leaders, both in a group and one on one and I can always ask the question, “Is that above the line thinking” when I hear something that is not.
